Waitlist privacy notice

Last updated: 24 October 2026

What you submit

The Torch team collects your X username, your application answer, your public wallet address, the submission time, and an internal review status. Your username and wallet are stored without verification of ownership. Do not include passwords, recovery phrases, private keys, or sensitive personal information in your answer.

Why we collect it

We use this information to review early-access applications, prevent duplicate applications, and prepare the selection process. No token balance is checked, no wallet is connected, and no transaction or account authorization is requested.

Storage and access

Applications are stored in a hosted database using Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Only the site owner can access the review dashboard or export applications. Exported copies are managed by the Torch team. Ordinary hosting request logs may also be processed by the hosting providers.

Announcements

Selected X usernames may be announced publicly on @torchct. Wallet addresses and application answers are not intended for public announcement. Applying does not guarantee selection, tokens, or rewards.

Access, corrections, and deletion

Contact the Torch team through @torchct to request access, correction, or deletion. Do not post your wallet or personal application details publicly. The team may need to verify that the request concerns your application. Data is kept for the waitlist and its selection process; a retention end date has not yet been set.
